Norfolk’s Home-Based Childcare Network (HCN) is beginning a new training cohort.
Individuals who are interested in becoming a licensed in-home childcare provider are encouraged to attend an information session on Thursday, Jan. 18 at 6:30 p.m. at Jordan-Newby Anchor Branch Library at Broad Creek (1425 Norchester Avenue).
